This 75-year-old woman saw Dr. Schiedler for a consultation because she had droopy upper eyelids and puffy lower eyelids. Dr. Schiedler recommended a brow lift, upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. The patient chose to have upper and lower lid surgery but forego the brow lift. After upper and lower blepharoplasty, the heavy skin folds were no longer pushing her lashes down and the lower lid puffiness was smoothed out. She was pleased with her natural results.
