46 year old woman with very puffy eyes who felt she always looked swollen and her eyes were getting smaller over time. Allergy medications never helped the swelling around her eyes. She used to use a lot of makeup to camouflage the dark circles and puffiness. Dr. Schiedler did an upper blepharoplasty with fat removal, lower blepharoplasty with fat removal, and subcutaneous lateral hairline browlift in order to open up her eyes.
